HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
All purchases made from Nov 20-Dec 31st 2021 is valid for return or exchange through Jan 31st 2022.
Please note to order all gifts by Dec 10th for Christmas eve delivery.
Please also keep in mind that there may be shipping delays due to the coronavirus pandemic in addition to the flooding in BC.

We're sorry if it didn't work out. If for any reason you are not satisfied, making a return or exchange is easy.

- All items are valid for return or exchanges within 15 days of receipt
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Returns and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless by some off chance, goods are damaged or sent in our error.
- All sale items are a final sale and can not be refunded or exchanged.
Any order changes must be made prior to 12PM MST on the same day they are placed.
Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. We will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.
